3x BM32s on a 1616

So I have seen the Question of if 1 or 3 are supported but we sold to this customer when we only knew about the knowledgebase saying 3 were supported. A few questions

Anything definitive yet?

Why is this not taking GBM_B_1_0_9.hex? The phone takes 16xxupgrade and 46xxsettings but never the GBM file.

I saw this caviat but i am on 5.0 not 6.0

1616 BM32 user keys are not functioning correctly when IPO has been restarted

I had this happen. Make sure the BM32 file is in the http directory....

It is in the directory right next to the files that the phones are grabbing. I would think if it couldnt find the file i would see it try and then fail to download.
