As long as they don't have 25.10 or earlier, most likely not.
To confirm print out your license parameters in LD 22 and do a REQ: SLT
As long as you have available TNs and Traditional Trunks, they should be OK. Older software versions (pre-25.30) had license limitations on TMDI D-channels.
