3rd party auditing software?

I want an easier way of auditing file permission changes and group membership changes. There have been some questionable things going on at my job and I want to know who's up to what. The native logging sucks and I was wondering if anyone here knew of a nicer 3rd party auditing/reporting tool for this type of thing, thanks.

The best auditing I have seen for AD and filesystem is a product called ChangeAuditor. It is made by a company called NetPro.
