We just made the the jump from R9 to R11. At R9, the old Phone Manager PC application still worked. At R11, it does not. We're looking at One-X portal for call control on the PC (we use DECT phones, its much easier) and One-X feels ancient! Is there a 3rd party application out there that can do a better job of this?

Have a look at Smart Call Monitor in free or paid versions.
Avaya keep changing direction but the latest for R11 is IX Workplace - you need Preferred Edition and at least an Office Worker licence.
