3rd, 4rth. alt. call rerouting

Can we do Call Rerouting to a 3rd., 4rth., 5th., etc. Alternative?

Not rerouting. There are probably other ways to fake it but rerouting is only 2.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

The maxium call reroute destinations is 2. you could try making the 2nd alternative a destination that also has a 1st and 2nd alternative but whenever I've tried this it hasn't worked. Not supported I guess.

you can set call forward on phones so the call forwards up to 10 phones although the limit by default is 2 forward hops. It can be increased in the system options assignment. "Number of forward hops"

Kind of depends what you are trying to do. You can forward to more then just two destinations. You can reroute to an empty ACD path then interflow to something where you use its rerouting. Things like that. King of a kludge but there are some ways to do things.

A customer requires that incoming external calls ring on extension 3105 first, then extension 3106, then 3107, then 3108, and last extension 3109.

There should be 5 rings before going to the next extension.

Any idea?

a ring group - cascade mode

Cascade Ring rings each member of the ring group individually in the order they are programmed to the group. The next member of the group is rung after the Cascade ring timer has expired.
