3Com SuperStack 3 4400 SE 24Port, Password recovery...

Anyone can help me to recovery my passwords on my "3Com Superstack 3 4400 SE 24Ports"? Please, i bought this switch from a company that had forgot the passwords

i can access the switch with the user monitor/monitor, but no other user will work.

Any idea's?

I found out of myself that i was able to reset it through serial console, with:

user:
recover
password:
recover

i hope this will help anyone.

Only way to recover password is to reset the system
in telnet or teraterm:
WX4400# reset system
This will reset the entire system. Are you sure (y/n)Y
