is there a way to factory reset a 3com office connect 810 remote or recover the password

Hi,

I have Office Connect 840, not 810. On my router there is reset button on back side. Turn off you router, push this button and turn it on. it works form 840.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried resetting it like this, but it prompts that the password is set and must be verified before it will reset to the default configuration.

Any suggestions?
