Can anyone point in the right direction for making the auto attendant forward to an external 1-800 number when that option is selected?
Scenario: User dials company number, hit auto attendant, Option 1 says, "If you'd like to order a product, press 1" and we use an external party to take these orders so I'd like to forward that caller to a 1-800 number.
Tried Phantom mailboxes but can't use call forwarding...
Tried Speed Dials but can't tell Auto-Attendant to use speed dial...
Can someone help?
