3COM Enterprise (VCX) connecting to Mitel 3300 MCD

Hi Guys,

I have a customer that currently have a 3COM Enterprise (vcx)system - they are looking to expand their system and would like the option of a Mitel 3300 system.

I know i have the option of connecting the 2 systems via QSIG as DPNSS is not available..... I'm also aware that i may be able to connect the 2 system via SIP Trunks.

The question I have is..... have any members configured these systems together using SIP trunks? and if so how easy was this?

Hi Andy

Will be interested in your findings as I also have a customer looking at doing the same. We have some 3300 configured with qsiq but would also like sip. I'd no one has done it before we will look at doing some testing. Maybe even with help from Mitel
