3com 3crshew696 password help

ok heres the problem. Im on the 3com device above, shairng with another computer. I am trying to log into the router next door thru oging into internet explorer, typing my ip in the url bar, and then logging in. Unfortunatly I dont know the password, and my neighbour says he has never touched it.

so what can I do, guys you gotta help me, im getting serious lag in a game and have to open some ports, and this gmae is my life, I have tried everywhere and the password is not admin.

Anyone know what to do? I cannot, i repeat, cannot reset the mahcine to factory settings, so start blasting passwrods please.

So, what is the model of the "router next door"? The device you listed - "3crshew696" is just a network adapter.

For 3COM routers, usually, default username is "admin" and default password is blank.
