Hi All,
IP500v2 is currently on Rls 11.1
The following License is active together with R11 Essential Edition, VM PRO R11 and Power Users:
396482 IP OFFICE R10+ MEDIA MANAGER ADI MIGRATION LIC:DS which enables "IPO Voice Recordings Administrator"
probably for Contact Recorder - Contact Store.

Will the above License enable Media Manager Application?

You should be able to use that license to upgrade to a Media Manager license in PLDS.

So do we have to also activate Media Manager .lic on top of the above?

What other Licenses required on top of the above in order to get R11 MEDIA MANAGER?
System currently running 11.1 and Linux Application Server
On A1S theres also available for quote: 396494 IP OFFICE R11 CONTACT RECORDER TO MEDIA MANAGER UPGRADE LIC
If we add this on top of the above Lics will the R11 MEDIA MANAGER become active on the system?

Yes, the media manger migration license will work.
So will the contact recorder to media manager upgrade, technically. It's just different pricing based on what you had or need.
FYI, it won't just magically become active...there is some configuration you have to do on the application server. Not much, but some. Don't forget you need a second hard drive...

Austin, thanks for the response.
We have the knowledge to setup and configure Media Manager. However my question is what is the required licenses with minimum cost to have a valid Media Manager lic.

According R11.1 Linux App Server installation Manual: "Customers with valid Contact Recorder license do not need a new license for migrating to Media Manager"
Is this correct?
Is the existing IPO "Voice Recordings Administrator" lic. enough to license R11.1 Media Manager on AppServer?
