3950 uplink configureation

Hello all

I have a new 3950 ready to install with a basic config and need some help configuring an Fiber Uplink port.
What command should i use to enable the uplink port?

It will connect directly to a Fiber Core switch.

switchport mode trunk

You'll also need to add it to you your VTP domain.
