Here’s the scenario. I have a doctor’s office with an ACS R1.0 with a 3910 cordless phone and 8 18D handsets. It has a 2 slot carrier with a 206ec card (release 3.1 I think.) The cordless phone beeps as if the battery is dead, but does not display the battery low symbol on the display.

I removed it and brought it back to my office, plugged it into my ACS R5.0 in my office and it works flawlessly. Tech support couldn’t help me with this one.

Wireless networks are present, but they are 2.4ghz and the 3910 is 900mhz..

Any thoughts about other interference?

I'm pretty sure that it is not, but I will double check.

I checked and it is not assigned to any calling groups.
