3905 Red Flashing Light when ringing needed

On a non-acd, normal 3904, when the phone ringings, the red light flashes. Well, the folks in one of our call centers wants their ACD, CCMS acquired sets to flash while ringing too. I don't see anything obvious in the CLS of these sets. What would you recommend? Below is a TNB of a typical set.

This light still does not light, when the set is called. It does light when I run the set diagnostics.

Hi Rachelle,

It may be normal.
While reading M390x user guide, it is precised:
incoming call indicator / message waiting light.

While reading M3905 user guide, it is only precised:
message waiting light.

So it may be "design intent", with no solution...

I made a test with a M3905 set, and I do not have any light neither on the personal key nor the ACD key on incoming calls...

The only way I can duplicate this is to go off hook on a 3904 (don't have 5's) and call the set. The light doesn't light, so I'm thinking it's related to the 5's not having a hook switch, but as far as a work around I've got nothing.
