3905 call forwarding ? 1

I am tring to call forward my 3905 ectension to my cell phone 499 3380.
it is programmed as CFW 8 on key 19 and I am using the call forward button and entering my number as 94993380 but I just get a fast busy. I tried setting it to CFW 16 on key 19 and that did not work either.
Any Ideas?

not the way i would do it, add cfxa to class, then the inbound route has a ncos to allow the outbound call
