3905 - Agent can make no calls unless logged in 1

Hi All,

On the 3905 phoneset, i have agents that are on outbound and the problem is for reporting (Symposium) we are losing talk time because of agents not logging into phones.
Can i setup a config that if an agent wants to make an outbound call that they can only make an outbound call if they login a phone?

In LD 23 change the ACD queue to restricted DN access (RDNA = yes)

ACD Agents for that queue will still receive direct DN calls while logged out of the queue, but will need to log in for any outbound calls.
