thanks, what is the purpose of the dwc key? if we use tdd in cls will it do the same thing?

An arrow next to that key will flash when a call is waiting in the que. Don't really need it, but my folks all seem to love it.

DWC is display waiting calls. It shows that calls waiting against the ACD-DN the phoneset is in. It's not very useful in an SCCS environment since your calls wait against applications and are queued to skillsets. In Eddie's case, when the DWC is pushed, it shows how many calls are waiting the ACD-DN 6003, how many agents are logged in, longest wait time, etc. It's a "snapshot", it doesn't update and has to be pushed again to get the new numbers.

Looks like the phone posted by yukon1981 was acquired by another application other than Symposium
which acquires by the TN, (possibly Genesys) which acquires by the DN, AGT ID...The problem with this is that the calls are delivered to the DN key and the CFW key will forward out the ACD calls to where ever...Remove the CFW key (key 19) on all of the DN acquired sets.

The TN I posted earlier is acquired by SCCS5.0 and AST keys 0 and 1 are also registered with my TAPI server. This is shown by the TN,AST-DN,AST-POSID notation next to the ACQ AS prompt of the TN.

If the TN was acquired by Genesys, the ACQ AS prompt would just show AST-DN,AST-POSID and I suspect the calls would follow the CFW.

Yes yukon1981...Any calls directed to the AST-DN are affected by the CFW of the set...key 19 is default CFW and "should" be removed if queue type calls are being directed to the DN...As you can see in your set the CFW has not been used and is no problem, but let me tell you it really can be a nightmare in a non-symposium enviornment or even one like yours if calls are directed to the AST-DN...
