3904 to Buzz once and not ring on main line?

I have an executive that wants his phone to buzz once, the same as when he is on the phone, but not ring. Can this be accomplished using the options on the set or by proigramming an executive or distinctive ringing or is it even possible to do this? this is on a Option 81c (CS100) with 3.5 software.

The second line is only buzzing or ringing once because he most likely has FITA in his CLS, there is no way to make the PDN ring only once and then flash until it forwards to mail or elsewhere
