I have 2 3904 phones that the green speaker phone button does not work when the user presses it. The phones are brand new. Is there a way to deactivate this button in the programming? These are the only 2 phones doing it.

Do you have CLS-HFA?
Have you tried putting the two phones in question in a location where a phone is working? This would isolate that it is the phone itself.
If the phone worked where another one does, then I would out the TN that it was on and rebuild it, but check your cls or prt your TNB for us.

A million thanks, for some reason those extensions had HFA disabled (I use OTM a whole lot). Enabling that took care of it, thanks guys!!!
