I had programmed a remote 3904 working on a 9150 gateway for key 5 scr xxxxx. The set did not change and the programmed key will not ring. I went to the set and key 5 display reads Lxxxxx. Any input?

Everything else works on the set? You just added key 5 scr xxxx and it doesn't work, correct?

I think I remember this issue now. The "L" means that key is configured for a local calling key. On the 9150 you could plug in a local POTS line and have it appear on the digital set. You may have to go into Configuration Manager to remove that feature.

In the 9150 Port Configuration Screen, click on configure for that port. Then it will open up a new window and you will see at the bottom where the local call keys are configured.

Thank You. This is enough direction to correct this .
