3904 KBA No Display

I'have added a KBA module on a 3904 set.
Program LD 11 KBA 1. TNB shows key 32 through key 53
Program any of the 32 to 53 keys SCR/BFS/ADL XXXX Keys are dead. No display is there something I'am missing something?

reload firmware.. which should not be needed.. your software is done, no other entries.. and it can be hardware..

are you sure you have the ribbon plugged into the right port on the phone? i made that mistake once.

KBA is a Key Based Add-on. Key Based Add-ons you have to print the Key ID like 2616/2008 Phones ansd place the paper whith the key information under the key cover.

DBA is a Display Based Add-on. Display Based Add-on Display the Key Information like any 3900 series Phone.

If you are using a Display Based Phone you need to change the KBA 1 to DBA 1.
