3904 issue

I have a strange issue on one 3904 and 3903 set. When the user on the 3903 calls the 3904 he gets ring back. When I look at the Call Log (Callers List) on the 3904 it shows this:
(<->) User Name of 3903
(<->) -xxxx ext of 3903

All other callers to the 3904 show up in the Call Log as just the name and extension. Something must have gotten turned on but I cant find it. We are running on the 81 c with 3.0 , rel 6.0 on the 3904

Have you upgraded the software in the 390x? If not, do so in LD32.

that answer is about the only one i've seen here for that type of problem.. i make sure all my 3000 series are downloaded either when or before they are installed.. either scheduled in ld 97 or fdlu x x x x in ld 32.. fsum 3904 in 32 will give you a count

or external call (no identification by local provider)
