Hi. Put a 3904 into service with the excess purpose to use an external wired headset. The Plantronics headset I've been using with 3903's and having no issues. Unfortunately, with the 3904, it keeps disconnecting itself. I have reseeded it and even tried a couple of identical headset. Is there something I'm missing? I have the PBX printout below. Thanks as always, Jeff Bell.

Did you look at phone options in setting, you need to tell it that you are using one

I have. Tried both options in options menu. Tried a couple different headsets as well.

some of those external headsets have compatibility switches on them to work with various digital sets.....might have to step your way through each one until you hit the right one.
