3904 AS OPERATOR

Hi all
we use 3904 phone as an operator instead of 2250 console , can we program do not disturb (DND) & Wake up call on it ????

You can set up the DND by using the KEY xx MSB, but I'm not sure on the WAKE UP feature.

MSB will not make the room DND it will make the 3904 DND, and there are no codes for those two options

I have worked with Nortel on this issue - there is simply no other way to make DND work without a 2250 console. To this day, we still install them in hospitals for that one feature (not used for anything else).

And for wake up call ,is it write that the phone can activate this feature for it self not for other phones ???

There is no Wake Up key for a 3904, neither feature can be set by a 3904

Consider using the PMS or a background terminal for setting DND and wakeups.
