3904 - ACD

Can a 3904 be programmed as an ACD phone?

We currently have a 3905 Supervisor phone that we would like to use as an agent but only have that one left.

So would this be possible to program the 3904 phone as a Supervisor for ACD in place of using the 3905 for another agent?

Sure can program a 3904 as and SPV ACD set.

Would I have to remove it from the 3905 first then add it to the 3904? Or can I update the keys to duplicate it on both first?

Remove the old one, then build the new one back as 3904.

One more thing? Is this something i should do after hours due to the ACD queue or may I change it during hours?

I dont want to break the ACD system.

Do the agents associated with Sup set have SPID configured on their agents sets? May want to x that, then out/rebuild Sup set, then add SPID back to agent sets. If not, out asnd rebuild should only affect the set you are doing

I see you aare not running raw. You can chg the sup set during normal hrs. De-acquire set in Sym. out/rebuild on same TN, re-acquire in Sym.
