3903 set, pick up ringing call

I have a option 61- c with all 2008's and 2616 sets. The 61 is running secsession 3.0 software.
I installed 2 3903 sets all seems to work fine except you can not pick up the ringing call without pressing key 00.
Is there a way to pick up the call just by lifting the receiver? Am I missing something in CLS?

strange, it does have a hand set in the craddle right? post the tnb. you shouldnt have to set LPK if it is on ky zero.

You have your LPK set for Key 1, if you want to answer Key 0 change it to 0

While LPK 0 will fix it, the real issue is because the sets have CLS OLA. So when Key 0 is ringing, it looks for an outgoing line, not the ringing line 0.

Just set CLS OLD
