3900 series phone callers list password reset 4

I have a user that cannot get into the callers list because it is locked. I have performed a CPWD in LD-32, but it still asks for a password. I updated the firmware, and it still asks for a password. Does anyone know how to clear this, does anyone the know the "default" password for the 3900 series phones callers list?

You might try 12345678 as the new password, i think it gets reset to that.

I have had tp delete and reprogram 3904s to get rid of the password in the past

I replaced the phone.

Sometimes I have to issue CPWD command twice in a row and then the 3900 set will not ask for a password.

You also can try to disable the set then CPWD.

That seems to work for me
