3900 Series Local Diagnostic? 1

I take it there is no Local Diag for the 39XX series on the set level the way there is on the 2216 & 2616 sets?

and your right... if we have firmware problems we do a force load.. if that does not clear it, it is replaced

not when you sell equiptment for a living.. of course with a maint contract, replacements are free for the end user
