3845 Replacenment suggestion?

Any suggestions for EOS 3845 router? No VPN, No Voice, (8) T1's
 
Cisco ISR 4331 or a higher model plus NIM-8MFT-T1/E1. I do not know what your requirements are for the Ethernet ports and total throughput. Check the models. If it is 8xT1 to Ethernet type of setup then 4331 will be more than adequate. You cannot go lower than that due to the need for support of 8x T1 card. Cisco 3900 series are fine routers too but they are being replaced by 4000 series anyway. You may be better off long term with ISR 4000. Just my own opinion, I do not work for Cisco, only use their gear.
