I have a customer with 6 phones on an IP Office 500v2. He wants to add a Cordless Telephone to his system. I see the 3810s are not supported on the Control Unit with DS or Combo cards. What are my options? Any other Avaya cordless phones out there?

Analogue DECT phone is the cheapest option by far, to get any further integration is much more as it requires IP DECT or WI FI handsets (the latter isn't really recommended either) :)

Plenty of phones available, just depends on the your flavor. Do you want IP wireless or DECT phones?

I believe the 3810 is supported by the Digital Card 8
and the Combo Card. You can find the 3810's on the interwebs.

Have a few of these at customer sites, with no complaints.

This is right from the knowledge base:

This phone is supported in North America (U-Law) only. Not supported on the IP500 Digital Station and IP500 Combination cards.
