3750 Switch Uplink

Hi, i have configured a 3750 switch with an ip address n vlans. I have uplinked in 2 antoher switch using a crossover cable which works great, can access the network OK. However when uplinking ususing a Gbic module i have issues gettin on the network,gibc port lights show green,tired changing the uplink cable and te modules with no luck,As i can use a crossover cable to uplink it must be an issue with the Gbic uplinks, Can someone point me in the right direction of what troubleshooting steps i can take or tell me the command line, just to make sure ive added it all in.Hope this make sense!!

Post a sh run and sh int.
So far the words in your post are jumbled, and I can't make sense of it. Just post the config and I'll tell you what's wrong with it.
