3725 handsets : no time/hour in idle mode

Hello,

DECT R4 system connected to an IP500 (5.0.22).

In idle mode the display of the 3725 handsets only show system an user names. No date, no hour, no Bluetooth icon, etc.

The documentation states that the display normally displays date and time, the Owner ID and telephone number.

I can't find the settings to change this behaviour. I have looking for in the handset (using also PDM) and in the IPBS configuration.

I'm fairly sure you need to update the handsets firmware, unless you already have

The latest handsets come with the latests firmware.
I think you need to set it on the handset.

amriddle01: according to ADMIN5_0_22 release, the unit has the last software version (3.0.10).

tlpeter: can't find where in the handset are the options. I have navigate the menu up and down (I think).

You can set the idle screen to a clock.
I only did it from the advanced charger but you have an AIWS so you can do that from the AIWS with the tool in it.

Are you referring to the "Screen saver" setting?

Using the adv. charger and PDM app. I have set

Settings -> Display -> Screen saver: Information (other value is "Black").

w/o results. Display goes back when idle. No clock when active (no idle, I mean).

I'm puzzled.

I have seen this at a customer and changed without doing anything.
