I have one customer who has problems with the batteries of there 3725's
These batteries are just around 13 months old.
One after the other fails.
Funny thing is they also have 3720's (about 3 times more than the 3725) and those are fine.
Only the batteries of the 3725 die instantly.
Funny detail is that there is a new product number.
The old one is P/N 660190/R1A and the new one is P/N 660190/R2A

Anyone else experience the same issue?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

13 months and one year warranty, cannot be coincidence....
We don't keep our customers that long so I don't know....[blush]

This is one that i am going to bite in to :)
The 3720's work flawlessly so it must be a batch with bad batteries.

Do as a real dutch man would do : buy new ones and after a week send back the old as if these were the new ones but now they are of bad batch...

Yeah could do that but i think somebody there can read this you cheeky :)

We've had about 20 need to be replaced also. But the warranty is only 6 months on batteries I thought. Not 12...

We've also had a fair few that needed replacing after about 8 months.

Can you guys check (if you still have them) what the P/N number is?
I really think this is a bad batch although you cannot find anything about this.
