Problem is when the customer answers a call, they press the More key, there is no transfer option to be able to transfer the call as detailed in the user guide.
- Press R to put caller on hold.
- Dial the number you want to transfer to.
- When answered, hang up (or check if it is ok to transfer before hanging up).
Call is now transfered
If the receiver doesn't answer, press R once to try another extention or press R twice to get the inbound caller back.
...And BTW: Upgrade the IPO to the latest R7 release, it's worth it.
