3700 5.7 Mi Availability SIM FIx

Hi,

Anyone here have a contact or capable of assisting in the updating / writing of the MI Availability SIM. We had it working on 5.5 MR6 but it looks like the 5.7 upgrade broke it.

What is the issue? We are 5.7 too and it works.

Can you send along the SIM file you have? I get prompted with a database error screen.

Please check database user "custom" permission.

Compare it with 5.5.

The Sim file uses "custom" as its default db user. Make sure "custom" is in definition group

(use Sybase Central to view the settings; you need dba access)
