3700 5.7.6 install issue 2

I just updated my system to 5.7.6 with hf3. My server is working fine I can boot RES. When trying to add terminals i'm stuck on loading mdshosts. I manually put the file in from server with no luck. (I have done that in the past and it works when the host file dosent come with cal for whatever reason). I see a new folder on the workstation \cf\micros\cert? I checked my other systems that i haven't updated and this seems to be new? Could this be the issue? any help much appreciated.

Enable discovery mode in database manager What did you upgrade from?

If that did not work manually restart the mdshosts service. Make sure the service start up settings are correct
