Does anyone have a basic ATM configuration for a 3640 router? I'm familiar with SMDS, but we are having to migrate to ATM and FR. My email is scottbrock@anderson5.net.

Thanks in advance,

Scott

What kind of config are you looking for? Is it a pvc or a ptp? What are you planning on running over it, aka aal specs? For a pvc I like to use sub-ints (if there aren't a lot of 'em its easier to keep track of), so for VP 35 /VC 8 conf t, int a2.1 (I don't know what kind of cards or interfaces you have), descrip ATM pvc, atm pvc 1 35 8 aal5snap, ip addr <etc if needed>, ctrl-z. Frame pvcs, if thats what yer looking for can either be mapped, or same as above on a sub-int, so s0.1 ip addr, descrip, frame-relay interface-dlci 16 (or whatever.)

This might not have helped at all, but I'm not sure WHAT with atm you need. This is pretty basic, and seemed like the most likely.
