I'm starting the switch up and all i'm getting is , switch:

Anyone know how i can get the flash file loaded ?

Hi,
You will need to load it using the Xmodem. Cisco web site has instructions on how to do this.

Hey,

I've had the same problem before. You have to do:

flash_init
load_helper
boot

That should load flash but you may want to send the switch back if you can because there is a hardware problem in it.
