Hi,

Newbie in town! Hey! Come back! :p Oh well, anyways...

I've got a Phaser 350 & 360, both continually attempting to initialise, accompanied by a series of 3 noises (motor movement?), endlessly and so both are unusable.

Also have an 840, which continually concertinas (no idea how to spell that!) paper. It comes out of the tray ok, but then jams behind the front cover and no amount of cleaning seems to help. The manual feed works fine, so im a lil lost as to what's going wrong!

Any ideas/help much appreciated - i got all 3 of these phaser's from work, but they had got them after buying another company and have no manuals/tech help stuff...

Why Phaser initialization takes forever? faq723-4627
- it does not get ink for melting (one bin almost empty and possibly the last bit jammed), fill up
- waiting for auxiliary feed paper
(these both cause Initialization forever and no error messages because they are no errors...)
