340 fault 24,081.17

I have a Tektronix printer that is going through the warmup cycle. Unit gets to 99% and then says that it is warming up... finally the fault message comes up. Could anyone post a reply corresponding to fault 24,018.17 .

24,001.18 Engine reports it is running diagnostics.

last numbers are your printer's page count
