Hi All,
We have lots of internal extensions that are used by our machine shop guys.
Our HR Dept does "not" allow these phones to dial local, LD or Int'l - "only" internal calls.
Our IT Desktop guy has his DID Ext call forwarded to hsi Cell phone - that means the call has to fwd outside!
So, when a shop guy with an internal phone wants to call out IT Helpdesk guy at his local extension that is "call forwared" - they can't reach him of course!
Is there a way to figure out how inside extensions can be limited to call "oine" extension on the outside for security purposes?
Make sense?
Please let me know if I need to explain further and thanks for any input on the subject.
