We have a customer who has a T1 port on their rightfax server. We will need to deliver 4 digit DTMF from the phone system to that T1 port. My first thought is that this will simply come into the 3300ICP, then we will have to route the calls back out and down the T1 to the fax server, even if they are in the same rack. Can anyone think of another way around this?

Your question is unclear to me. What are you trying to get around? Do you not want the 3300 in the mix? You do not say how the calls are arriving on the 3300. PRI? Analog? Other?

Sorry I wasn't clearer. Inbound T1 will be pulsing down 4 digits. These are where the inbound fax numbers will come down. We are going to connect a line side T1 coming off a the 3300ICP directly to the T1 card installed on a righfax server.

My question is, for the Digital E&M Trunk assignemnt form, should I set the Far End connection to Main PBX or satellite pbx? We are using this configuration to pulse out the 4 digit for dtmf to the rightfax -

Call comes in - 0 digits deleted - 4 digits added - lands at ARS - 4 digits deleted, the last 4 is the original 4 digits pulsed down.

We are doing it this way a this is both a fax and modem inbound line....
