Does anyone know if Mitel has fixed the issue of online upgrades not preserving the embedded VM's primary greeting with 9.0? This is an issue I raised with the first release that supported online upgrades, and is still an issue with 8.0UR5.

?!?!?!?

This is the first I've heard of this issue.

I've done several Online upgrades and never noticed. Does it happen all the time or only sometimes?

It's happened with every online upgrade I've attempted. Everything else is ok, but the primary greeting on the embedded VM is deleted.

Whooee,

I'll have to keep an eye out for that one.

I'm intrigued to here others haven't stumbled across this. Makes me wonder what's unique about my application that's creating this.

I'm not saying it hasn't happened. Only that I haven't noticed.

None of the sites I've upgraded with the Online method use AutoAttendant.

I did notice that one of the sites did not have a greeting afterwards but I assumed it had just never been recorded.

Now I wonder.
