3300ICP MXE Dual Framer Issue

I've got two MXE's setup in our lab for a customer install. Everything has been going well, and we've finished programming up the PRi cards on both systems. I've got a loopback adapter on all the PRI and T1 ports to clear the NETSYNC alarms. On Site 2, we have not continuing alarms on the VDSU, but on Site 1, I am getting the following:

VDSU-9 - TUE SEP 26 14:12:17 2006 MTALARMS -- decoded alert report from UAPI.

VDSU-9 - TUE SEP 26 14:12:17 2006 MTALARMS -- received alert from PCAPP, count=1.

VDSU-9 - TUE SEP 26 14:12:17 2006 MTALARMS -- Alert_Dchannel_Failure now Active.

VDSU-9 - TUE SEP 26 14:12:17 2006 MTALARMS -- received alert report from PCAPP for link 0, count=1.

VDSU-9 - TUE SEP 26 14:12:17 2006 MTALARMS -- change state check: prev=0; current=0.

I've gone through the EDT maintenance commands, but I'm honestly not sure from what I am seeing here exactly what I am looking for. Any ideas? Thanks.

This isn't an MSDN T1 is it? MSDN cannot be put in hard loopback.
