Hi All,

I am at my wits end and I know this will be something simple I have overlooked.

T1 E&M Wink / Wink coming off of a Dual T1/E1 Framer on a 3300 ICP, directly connected to T1 card in a rightfax server.

I can route any incoming call directly to ARS and send 4 digits DTMF to the rightfax and deliver the fax did's to the right person.

I can receive digits from the rightfax and route to ARS whereever I want.

The problem - for some reason, I am only receiving 10 digits. So local calls get through, LD and international are cut off. There is nothing wrong with the fax server as we physically moved it from a SX200 in one building where it worked until this morning to connect to the new 3300ICP in another. I've gone over the SX200 (older install before my time). I am set for T1 E&M Wink Wink Superframe, but I cannot see what is cutting off those last digits.

Any ideas at all? Thanks.

I would check your protocols.

By your symptom, the right fax is set up for NI-2

I suspect your 3300 is NI-1

Went back through it. SEt for T1D4, WINK WINK Superframe. My problem, I had the COS set for a public trunk and for ANI/DNIS delivery. I had copied over the COS and did go through and set it as NO for Public Trunk and turn off the ANi delivery.

Once I did that, it delivered digits like any other device on the system and I was able to route anywhere I wanted it to go. Thanks.
