After changing the MXE3300 IPs, I set static IP for iPhone that work good. But ipconsol 5550, doesn't answer. I set it's IP static and register successfully, when run 5550 program, it try to configuring keypad, but can't. I connect the keypad straight to MXE LAN port, but it's LED is solid.
It try to configuring keypad.

It might be the ICP/PBX settings. the IP address of the controller should be set and after that is done the controller needs a reboot before a console should connect to it.

You will also need to re-run the configuration wizard for the 5550 console to change the IP that the 5550 is trying to connect to.
