I know I've seen this somewhere before...
Isn't there an RTC command to reset the 3300 web server without resetting the entire switch? I am getting an error "gfEH_UI_DEFS_FILE_NOT_FOUND" on any form I try to access. Software version is 8.0.8.8

Thanks

Not that I'm aware of. Also, when I've seen that message in the past, usually just exiting out of ESM, closing the IE window, and going back in tends to fix it.

I found the command in another post, although the case was slightly incorrect:

To stop the webserver: ts WebServer
To start the webserver: tr WebServer
To check status: i WebServer

If WebServer is funtioning properly, the status should show PEND+T

This did not fix my issue, and I get the same error on two different computers. Tech support agreed that I should just reboot the controller. I'll find out tomorrow if it fixes it.

Well, that did not fix it. I still get the same error. Tech support is going to escalate the issue. Anyone have any ideas on this? Pulled the logs via FTP, but no clues.
