3300 Voicemail callbak

We are trying to set up a voicemail box to ring an external phone when a message is left, at the moment it rings the phone and immedialey hangs up after 1 ring, if you manage to answer the phone within that time all is OK. Also we would like it to continue trying at regular intervals, the default appears to be only a second time after 15 minutes.

Advanced voicemail has been installed as we were advised this was required.

Any ideas where / if these settings can be changed ?

The scedule cannot be set. But check the class of service on the vmail ports there are 2 optios that can cause this especially if it is an external number. No answer recall up the timer and answer plus system reroute up it as well. The call could be getting hauled back to the pbx before you can answer the call.
