3300 unable to send emails to hosted exchange server (2010)

I am still having this same issue because the 3300 doesn't have a password field.

Has anyone found a work around for it?

Try an experiment:
In system options, set the email address to something like VM@testserver.com

I'm thinking it may be failing because the senders email address says it's from the exchange server and exchange won't accept emails from its own domain if it's coming from a different IP address.

Just my guess.
