3300: Software upgrade from 7.1.5.13 to 9.X?

Hi,

I made a call to our Mitel Service vendor for help with upgrades to our system and am not getting anywhere yet.

They don't specialize in Mitel - more with Nortel and we may not have a hardware/system contract with them any more.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for upgrades or reliable Mitel vendors in the US-Midwest?

Any help is appreciated.

You can call Mitel toll-free number and talk to their Cistomer Service rep. They will assit ask one of your locat VARs to contact you. Normally you should expect that it will be someine from the top of their list with lots of business with Mitel.
